the music of sound deliver a their best dream-pop stunner yet, full of depth and heart
paradigm feels tender, soft but also kind of expansive. built on shimmering synths, some wonderful flute and a vocal that seems to float just above everything else. it’s dreamy but with a quiet tension, looking out to the chaos of the world without ever becoming overly heavy. vocally, it’s probably their most ambitious track yet, with some chunky harmonies, but keeps a lightness of heart that we love.
uk-based friend of the blog The Music Of Sound, craft a sound we’ve been carefully following for the last year or so. it’s all atmosphere and nuance, built around sherin’s pure, expressive vocal, with flute textures and synth-led production. their music sits in a lovely, snug place between dream-pop and electronic pop, always prioritising feeling over structure, and this is probably our fave they’ve done to date.
paradigm feels reflective and immersive, the kind of song that slowly unfolds in all the right ways.
thank u for making this the music of sound ✨
