third bloom delivers a stunning cinematic electronic eruption
grace unfolds slowly, with tension filled strings and samples, before a dreamy vocal enters the room. it’s really quite a vibe, and i love how it’s unclear where it’s all going. that’s until it centres on tight, controlled beats and a pulsing low end. it’s a genuinely compelling sound world, bringing to mind fka twigs and maybe a touch of unkle’s psyence fiction. it’s second act reaches even greater heights, building a percussive world that’s just great.
Third Bloom, based in brighton, builds work that sits between electronic production and something more human and raw. with tash breeze’s commanding vocal at the centre, the track moves through anger, grief, and fragile hope, and all the time – it’s very clear that we’re on the banger express here.
how these guys have less than 2k monthlies on spotify is beyond me, but let’s hope this absolute banger brings them to loads of new fans. they’ve definitely found one here at introvert disco.
thank u for making this third bloom 🔥
