I’M OFF MY MEDS AND I FEEL AMAZING DIGS INTO THE FUTURE

a raw, emotionally open alt-rock moment built around healing, honesty, and self-reckoning

digging holes arrives without a mask on. it is open, exposed, and pretty intense, in the best kind of way. there is a weight to it, but it is carried with a lovely intention.

sonically, the track leans into 90s-tinged alternative rock textures, with genuinely great guitars that feel just the right amount of heavy – but with everything works in service of the feeling. the arrangement gives the vocal space to breathe, which has that sort of third eye blind vibe, but with it’s own story.

lyrically, digging holes sits in the uncomfortable space between accountability and acceptance. it explores grief, self-reflection, and the slow work of understanding your own patterns. there is no neat resolution here, but we’re along for the ride anyway.

alongside being our favourite band name this year, the project understands the power of vulnerability, not as a hook, but as a way of connecting. digging holes does not try to fix anything. it simply tells the truth and trusts the listener to meet it there. we love it.

thank u for making this i’m off my meds and i feel amazing ✨
