ALL WAYS FOREVER FEELS OPEN

an indie dance cut that leans hopeful without forcing it

this one landed in my chest before i really clocked anything else. there’s a great, indie lift to it that doesn’t rush you, and by the time of the first chorus you’re definitely locked in.

dez rocket is an independent artist based in st. louis, working in that hazy space between indie rock and indie dance, and you can hear how hands on he is with it all. it feels personal without being intense, like someone letting you overhear a thought they’ve already made peace with.

the guitars have this gentle shimmer to them, the synths glow rather than shout, and the rhythm just keeps things moving. nothing feels stacked for impact. it feels like motion without pressure, which is harder than it sounds.

this feels like a moment of lightness that’s been waited for, not chased. kind of a release disguised as a serious indie dance bop.

thank u for making this dez rocket ❤️
