‘brand new day’ by the muster point project feels like sunlight through a kitchen window after a hard-working week. it’s lovely and steady, open-hearted, and gently triumphant – the kind of optimism that’s really needed these days.
calgary-based frontman kevin franco brings warmth and weariness in equal measure, weaving jangly indie pop with mandolin flickers, soft organ swells, and a heartbeat drum groove. it’s the sound of someone who’s been through it… and still believes in tomorrow.
it doesn’t feel like it’s about escaping the past – it’s about carrying it with grace and moving forward. we love it, and it’s got a great guitar solo. amazing.
thank u for making this the muster point project ❤️
