originally from nashville and now based in richmond, london, talon wrote, played, and produced this one solo. that’s impressive in itself, but especially when the results are this good. musically, it’s an alt-pop belter, using instruments you might not expect. her baritone ukulele meets layered harmonies, giving it a tropical swirl with emotional weight. it’s definitely lo-fi in spirit but hi-fi in heart.

and though it’s a new single, it’s been five years in the making. a relentlessly upbeat act of rebellion against burnout and mental fog. basically, we love it.
