today’s mysterious musical postbag has given us a stunning single from blindness and light. it feels a bit like a letter left out in the rain – smudged, sincere, and offering up new truths. the guitars stagger forward like they’re carrying old memories, while the vocal teeter on the edge of giving a message of hope.
80/90s manchester is all over this, but not really in a hard or pastiche way. also 80/90s was fucking great so we’re here for it. best of all – the song at the heart of this is genuinely touching, and has a soft defiance that moves along purposefully.
it’s the kind of honest banger that finds you late at night and stays a while. we’re fans and will eagerly check out the rest of their stuff. and if this track hits you like it’s hit us, check the merch – blindnesslight.b…/merch
thank u for making this blindness & light 🌫️
