Silver Light – Ashley Koett

this one feels like dusk in a quiet brooklyn flat – flutes drifting through open windows, nylon strings warming the walls, soft harmonies curling in the corners.

‘silver light’ is jazz-pop artist’s ashley koett’s return after five long years, and you can hear the weight and wonder of that time in every note of this stunning ep. the songs are delicate but full of strength.

with the brazilian-influenced folk rhythms, there’s a softness here that hits deep – a kind of stillness you don’t often find. fave track ‘vessel’ mixes stunning chords, distant synths and a vocal that stuns. its beautiful, and we can’t wait to hear more.

thank u for making this ashley koett 🌙
