this one plays like a neon-lit memory you can’t let go of. velvet synths, soft vocals, and a ghost of something lost.
LA-based electronic pop artist RBN spins this absolute banger of regret into something cinematic and stunning. the 80s groove is incredible on this, and there’s a genuine shimmer to the production and songwriting that makes us want more. it’s not pastiche though, it’s contemporary and tasteful and basically we love it.
lyrically, it feels like a page torn from a diary that was never meant to be read. it’s sort of dangerous but fun at the same time. a real triumph.
thank u for making this rbn x
