chandra’s latest is pure stadium-heart – blasting out of bristol with fists raised and hooks everywhere. it’s literally everything i’m looking for in a summer anthem: bold, breathless, and soaked in optimism. there’s no pretending life’s easy here – just a full-bodied sprint through the setbacks, the scars, and the stubborn belief that you’ll get there anyway.

musically, it lives somewhere between early 2000s power-pop and a school-leavers’ movie montage. it’s got some lush backing vocals. but what makes “winners” stick is its emotional directness. it’s not clever, and it’s not really that cool. but it’s definitely not trying to be. it’s just massive and uplifting and full of heart. and sometimes that’s all you really need ❤️
