incredible new release from gianfranco GFN ❤️

jumping around is exactly what it says on the tin – a stunning, full-body instrumental joy burst that doesn’t wait around for permission. it’s got elements of the police and their jammiest, a cocktail of acid jazz and a side helping of sunny soul bounce. this is it. no vocals, no filler – just groove. pure, clean, liberating groove.

the players on this are brilliant. each musician on the record is locked in, tight as hell – bass, drums, trumpet, and guitar all trading energy like it’s a live jam session. i’m basically ordering a campari before the second chorus, and i can only imagine how fun this would be live.

the whole thing sounds like a celebration, but with that slick jazzy polish that makes it so damn replayable.
